Electrical Service
One Quarterly Safety Inspection.
The inspection will check wires, visible conduits, electrical panels/boxes, switches and outlets. An inspector will make sure that wires are intact and serviceable, all fire hazards around conduits and electrical panels are eliminated, all switches and outlets are properly installed, fastened and correctly grounded.
- Minor upkeep that does not require replacement parts, this will only occur during quarterly inspections.
- 12-hour turn around for estimates/quotes for required/recommended repairs.
- Any parts required will be invoiced to the customer.
- Any work required outside of this Work Scope will be charged to the customer accordingly.
Plumbing Services
One quarterly Serviceability Inspection.
Check water filtration systems.
Examine fixtures, supply lines, drains.
In-depth investigation of all above-ground, exposed plumbing, including shut-off valves and traps under kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room sinks.
Inspect sinks, showers/bath, toilets
Inspection of bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room draining and venting systems.
Inspection of the water heater.
Plumbing video camera inspection of underground drains and pipes.
Shut-off valve inspection.
Sump pump and discharge inspection.

HVAC Services
One Quarterly Serviceability Inspection of all systems
-Replace filters
-Rinse condensers
-Grease bearings
-replace blower belts every spring
-Check electrical wiring
-Check Blower Assembly tighten any loose tension bolts
-Check Evaporator coil
-Clear Condensation Drain Lines
-Check Freon pressures
-Check compressor windings
-Check run capacitor tolerance
-Check Fan motor windings
-Check voltage control wiring
-Check system operation
Heaters
-Check and potentially replace or clean the filter
-Check thermostat operation
-Run the furnace in heating mode and take temperature readings from both the return air ducts and the supply or heating ducts to be sure the heating output is within manufacturer’s specifications
-In the combustion chamber, check and clean the burner, crossover and igniter
-Check and adjust the gas valve
-On older furnaces, evaluate, clean and tune the pilot light system
-Clean the heat exchanger and check for cracks, holes or leaks
-Inspect and clean the blower and blower motor (your technician might need to remove the blower)
-Check for burned wires or high temperature problems
-Inspect the flue pipe and ductwork
-Check for leaks in the gas line and other fuel supply components

Pest Control
One Quarterly Spray Treatment
- One quarterly spray Treatment for common insects (Roaches, ants, spiders, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, pill bugs, fleas, bees, wasp). The focus is always on prevention – identifying and controlling conditions that may attract and support pests. This includes finding and eliminating or reducing sources of food, water and shelter as well as limiting pest access into and throughout the structure. Monitor your property for any signs of pest activity during quarterly visit.
- 12-hour turn around for estimates/quotes for required/recommended specialized treatments. Technicians conduct a thorough inspection to pinpoint problems and determine the most appropriate pest control techniques to meet the needs of your business for immediate response and long-term protection.
Example: Termite, rodents, bed bugs, Mosquitos/Flies
- Any work required outside of this Work Scope will be charged to the customer accordingly.
General Cleaning Services
Deep Cleaning
Through our general cleaning services, we ensure removal of unwanted dirt and dust, creating a fresh, spotless space for your employees or customers. Our professional cleaners work quickly and efficiently to refresh your establishment.
For our deep cleaning services, we utilize specialized machinery and cleaning agents to really get the job done. We recommend having a deep cleaning done before a disinfection service as well, to better help the disinfectants bind to the surfaces of your space.
COVID Disinfection Services
Electrostatic spraying using CDC/FDA approved chemicals to disinfect your facility, we also offer a “Green” option for the disinfection.
